The name "Rod" is synonymous with " Sayulita Real Estate." Rod first visited Sayulita in the mid '80s, moved to Sayulita in 1996, and started selling real estate in 1997. He has sold hundreds of villas, casas, and lots to a huge variety of clients from all over the world. Kathy Rodriguez Agent
Kathy moved to the Puerto Vallarta area in 1985 and started a family. In 2005 she left Vallarta and moved to Sayulita with her son Chris. She has travelled much of Mexico, and found that Sayulita "checked all of the boxes" when considering a place to live, raise a child, and be part of a community. Kathy came to work with the SIR team in 2013 and really enjoys meeting new and interesting people, and helping them find the right place in Sayulita. Buyers and sellers alike love the vivacity Kathy brings to the SIR office environment.

Jose Luis has been involved with Sayulita real estate since 2002. Born in Guadalajara, Jose Luis´s introduction to Sayulita began when he met a local construction company owner who was visiting the Tlaquepaque B&B (near Guadalajara) back in 2001. After accepting an invitation to visit a few months later, he took to Sayulita´s laidback surf scene on the spot and relocated. Since then, he has honed his real estate skills and helped sell many villas and private developments. Jose is well known throughout Sayulita as a natural community leader.

Tamra brings an extensive knowledge of Sayulita, having run a successful vacation rental and management business for over 18 years. Sayulita has been her home for 21 years where she and her husband born raised their daughter. Tamra is a co-founder of the Costa Verde International School and she volunteers on community efforts to help sustain and consciously grow Sayulita. Tamra has a unique knack for getting to know her clients and finding exactly what they are looking for.
